Transformational Breathwork TM

Transformational Breathing™ therapy (not to be confused with "respiratory therapy") can effectively retrain the body and re-establish the natural involuntary respiratory response to stress. Typically, a series of ten sessions is sufficient to clear restrictive breathing patterns, making it more natural to breathe and relax when stress of any kind occurs.
