Groups and Classes
Transformational Breathing in a group setting can provide a uniquely valuable experience for the first-timer as well as for those who are experiencing a series of private sessions. The consensual reality established by group support in a safe environment of mutual confidentiality (based upon principals used in 12-Step meetings) serves to relax the defenses of the conscious mind.
The benefits of having others in the room, who are also willing to let go of old patterns, include triggering deeper healing and a deeper sense of self-acceptance.
You may organize your own group for your family, friends, co-workers, support group or club. In addition, periodically hold group sessions for the general public.

Retreats / Workshops
Retreats and workshops may last from 4 to 16 hours (weekend), and may be targeted to address a wide range of specific issues, including but not limited to:
- Health issues
- Stress management
- Age / gender-related issues
- Emotional healing
- Spiritual development
- Team building
- Relationship Skills
